We offer FREE ground shipping on all our Roqoco pieces! White glove service is also available for a fee. Please contact us directly for a quote. Pieces may also be picked up at our Greenpoint, Brooklyn studio. We would love to see you! Currently, we do not ship outside of the United States.
Good things come to those who wait! All Roqoco pieces are handmade and take time to create. Please allow 3-6 weeks from order placement. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us to see if we can accommodate that timeframe.
Roqoco Designs offers returns on all non-custom orders. Returns must be initiated within 72 hours of item receipt. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with a return order.
Most of our pieces are made with epoxy. We recommend wiping the surface with the microfiber cloth provided. Mild dish soap and water or nonabrasive cleaning products are recommended. Although scratch resistant, the surface is not scratch proof. Hot items like a coffee mug or tea should always be placed on a coaster. Direct sunlight will discolor the product over time.
A 50% down payment is required on all custom orders. We begin production immediately upon receipt of payment, and therefore we do not accept cancellations or returns on custom orders.
